D & C Rewards Point Redemption - Terms & Conditions
- Redemption Period:
- The D & C Rewards Points Redemption period is valid from September 12th to October 25th, 2024.
- Points Conversion:
- Every Rs.100.00 you spend convert as 1 point.
- Points can be redeemed at the rate of 1 Point = Rs.1.
- Redemption Limit per Transaction:
- A maximum of 3,000 points can be redeemed in a single transaction. This equates to Rs.3,000 off per bill.
- Applicable Purchases:
- Points can be redeemed for in-store purchases only.
- Points cannot be redeemed for discounted items, gift vouchers, or in combination with any other offers.
- Eligibility:
- Only customers who have completed their loyalty profile, including name, birthday, and contact details, are eligible to redeem points.
- Redemption Mechanism:
- Customers must present their registered mobile number at the time of purchase to redeem points.
- Redemption will only be processed with an OTP sent to the registered mobile number for security verification.
- Point Reset:
- All points will reset on November 1st, 2024. Any unused points from the redemption period will expire and will not roll over to the next cycle.
- Refunds and Exchanges:
- If an item purchased using redeemed points is returned or exchanged, the redeemed points will not be refunded.
- Non-Transferable:
- Loyalty points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
- Membership Requirements:
- D & C reserves the right to decline or revoke membership at its discretion.
- Customers must keep their account details updated, including mobile numbers and personal information, to ensure they can receive point redemptions.
By participating in the D & C Rewards Point Redemption, customers acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
